Ok experience overall, the sales approach is pretty sketchy and aggressive. We were asked by Gus what we would accept for a trade in amount, and we were asked for a credit card before running that number past his manager. So basically, if the manager accepts that number we proposed, they immediately put a non-refundable deposit on the card before even letting you know it was accepted. This doesn’t even allow time to speak to your spouse to make a final decision before being charged. We said absolutely no to that method. Buyer beware. That was a turn off, having traded in multiple times at multiple dealerships. I highly recommend they reconsider this tactic as it will likely cause them to lose sales. We almost walked due to it, until he accepted our refusal to give a card until we could discuss. I understand they want to know you’re serious before giving an offer, but also, give the customer time to process the deal before locking someone in. We were the only people in there. On the other hand, Ryan who did our walk through was fantastic and very thorough making sure we understood everything before leaving. Repairs department has always been excellent here and we trust them with all of our units. Steve in financing was fantastic also, he was very helpful through the process. One post-sale issue we did have was a ton of sap on the top of the camper we only saw once we got it home. That took a lot of work to remove ourselves so it wouldn’t create a larger issue.

I recently purchased a 2023 Arctic Wolf 321BH. I worked with Dave Galotto (sales), Jason Lebel (service) & Steve Gurau (Dir. of Finance). All three gentlemen worked with my family and I answering a ton of questions. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. They all thoroughly went over their respective roles with us and spent as much time as we needed looking for the right camper for our family. They even offered to store the camper for a couple weeks while my tow vehicle gets rigged for the camper at no charge. All of the paperwork was processed extremely fast without hassle. The only CON-the prep fee is around 799.00-while the camper was completely gone through for as much time as we needed, I do believe winterization should be a topic covered for the cost, it’s not. Jason Lebel spent hours working with us which was appreciated. I would highly recommend Longview to family and friends if interested in a camper of any level.

Our first experience here exceeded our expectations!! If you are looking to get a camper with great service from all their departments, you need to come here! Every associate I have encountered specifically Dave, Steve, Ryan & Donald were all exceptional! Dave is a great salesman, Steve is wicked funny and so personable! Ryan was awesome with our walk thru and giving us suggestions on what else we would need for our camper to a surge protector and a water pressure regulator. Donald was super friendly and helpful as well! This dealership has the perfect camper for everyones needs!
